Acceptable Use Policy

• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, or to help someone else do something unlawful.
• Do not use it to defraud, deceive or impersonate anyone, including by presenting a message from NotiSynk as coming from someone else.
• Do not use it to harass, threaten or intimidate anyone.
• Do not use it to record or organise information about someone that you have no right to hold.

The Clients you record did not sign up to NotiSynk. Their details are in the Service because you put them there, so the rules about what you may record are strict.

• Only record a Client's details where you are entitled to, and only what you need to manage their Plan, Client Subscription, sessions and reminders.
• Tell your Clients what you record and why, and act on their requests to correct it or object to it.
• Do not record information that reveals a person's health, genetic identity or sexual life. Lebanese law prohibits it without a specific licence, and NotiSynk holds none. This covers notes and reminder text as well as dedicated fields.
• Do not record complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, government identification numbers or authentication secrets anywhere in the Service, including in notes and support messages.
• Do not upload a purchased, scraped or otherwise acquired contact list as Clients.

Reminders exist so a Client knows when their Client Subscription is ending or a session is due. They are operational messages, and using them as advertising puts the shared sender and every other Workspace at risk.

• Do not send unsolicited advertising through the Service. Lebanese law prohibits sending marketing to someone who has not agreed to receive it, unless the address was lawfully obtained through a previous dealing with them.
• Do not disguise advertising as a reminder, and do not put promotional content into a reminder template variable.
• Do not send WhatsApp messages to a Client who has not consented, or whose consent has been withdrawn.
• Do not attempt to bypass template approval, consent checks, phone-number validation or sending limits.
• Do not use the Service to send bulk messages to people who are not your Clients.
• Honour an opt-out promptly, whether it reaches you through NotiSynk or directly.

• Do not attempt to reach another Workspace's data, or to test whether you can.
• Do not attempt to gain access to an account, system or network you are not authorised to use, and do not use someone else's credentials.
• Do not probe, scan or test the security of the Service without written permission, and do not attempt to defeat rate limits, authorisation checks or plan limits.
• Do not upload or transmit malware, or anything designed to interfere with the Service or with another user.
• Do not scrape the Service, and do not use automated tools to extract data at a scale the interface is not designed for.
• Do not place a load on the Service that degrades it for others, and do not resell access or share credentials.

If you find a security weakness, report it to info@notisynk.com rather than exploring it. A report made in good faith and without damaging data or accessing anyone else's information will be treated as help, not as a breach of this policy.

Max records the payments, refunds and adjustments you enter against a Client. It is an operational record of what happened elsewhere, and it must not be presented as something it is not.

• Do not present a NotiSynk revenue record, report or export as an accounting record, an audited statement, a statutory invoice or a tax filing.
• Do not record a payment that did not happen, or record amounts to misrepresent your activity to anyone.
• Do not use the Service to record transactions that are themselves unlawful.

NotiSynk does not take payments from your Clients and does not hold your money. Money moves between you and your Client outside NotiSynk; Max records that it did.

Where we can, we will tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to put it right. Where the risk is urgent, involving security, fraud, unlawful messaging, a provider requirement or a risk to another Workspace, we may act first and explain afterwards.

Enforcement can mean blocking a specific message or feature, suspending the Workspace, or ending the agreement. Section 14 of the Terms of Service explains suspension and section 15 explains termination.

To report misuse of the Service by someone else, write to info@notisynk.com with enough detail for us to identify what happened.
