Client management

One record per Client. Every package they ever had.

Contact details, working notes, active packages and finished ones live together. Nothing important about a Client relationship sits in a separate file.

Available on every plan. Free covers up to 10 active Clients.

The distinction that matters

A Plan is what you sell. A Client Subscription is what one Client agreed to.

Keeping them separate is what stops last year's terms from changing when you update this year's prices.

Plan

Reusable. Defines the type of service, its duration, its session count, and on Max an optional default price.

Client Subscription

Belongs to one Client. Carries its own dates, session balance, lifecycle status and agreed financial terms.

Change a Plan today and only future Client Subscriptions use the new definition. Existing agreements keep the terms they were created with.

What you can do

The Client work you repeat, made quick

Find anyone instantly

Search, filter and sort run on the server, so results stay accurate whether you have 20 Clients or several thousand.

Import and export your list

Bring existing Clients in, and take a copy of your Client records out whenever you want.

Archive without losing anything

Archived Clients and packages stop consuming active capacity, stop sending reminders, and stay readable as history.

Restore when you come back

If a paid plan ends and later resumes, eligible archived records can return within your capacity instead of being lost.

Lifecycle status without bookkeeping

Active, ending soon, expired and exhausted are derived from the dates and balances you already keep.

Read-only where it should be

Archived and finished records do not offer actions that would rewrite settled history.

If your plan changes

Your data is protected during a downgrade

If a paid Workspace moves back to Free and holds more than the Free limits, NotiSynk does not delete anything. You are shown what is over the limit and choose what to keep active. The rest becomes read-only archived history.

  • You see the exact limits and what is over them before anything changes
  • Excess records are archived, never deleted
  • Archived history stays readable
  • Restoring paid access can bring eligible records back within capacity

Start today

Set up your Workspace in a few minutes.

Add your first Clients, create the Plans you already sell, and let NotiSynk handle the follow-up.

Free covers up to 10 active Clients and 10 active Client Subscriptions.
