NotiSynk is a service and product name. It is operated from Lebanon by the people who run it, and it is not itself a separate legal person. No company has been incorporated under the NotiSynk name, and NotiSynk is not presented as a registered company, as the holder of a Commercial Registry entry, or as the holder of any licence or authorisation.

While that remains the case, NotiSynk is available without charge. Paid plans are not offered for sale, and no subscription can be purchased through this website. Where these pages describe a paid plan, they describe how that plan will work when it becomes available for purchase, not something you can buy today.

When the operator completes commercial registration in Lebanon, the identifying details required for a commercial service, including the name and form of the registered operator, its addresses, its Commercial Registry number and place of registration, and its tax registration, will be published in the table above and this section will be replaced.

NotiSynk is operated from Lebanon and the agreement between you and NotiSynk is governed by the laws of the Lebanese Republic. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Lebanon, without prejudice to any jurisdiction or right that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude. The Terms of Service set this out in full.

The NotiSynk website, name, logos, interfaces, text, software and documentation are protected by intellectual-property law. Reproduction, distribution, extraction, framing or commercial use is not permitted except as allowed by law or with written authorisation.
