Each use and each restore is added to the history, never overwritten

Package types

Three ways a package can end

Duration Plan
By date
Three months of coaching. Has an end date, can renew automatically, and receives date reminders.
Session Plan
By sessions
A 10-session package. No end date. The balance falls as sessions are used and the package is marked exhausted at zero.
Hybrid Plan
By whichever comes first
8 sessions to use within 2 months. Ends when the date passes or the balance reaches zero, whichever happens first.

Session and hybrid packages do not renew automatically, because a new package is a new commercial decision.

Why the number is reliable

Built so the balance is never quietly wrong

Undo restores, it does not erase

Restoring a session adds a correcting entry. Both the use and the restore stay in the history with who did it and when.

A double tap is still one session

Repeating the same request, on a flaky connection or an impatient click, returns the same result instead of consuming twice.

The Workspace owns the rule

Ownership, remaining balance and eligibility are checked on the server. The interface cannot talk it into an invalid state.

Reminders follow the real balance

A low-balance reminder is triggered by the balance after the session was actually recorded, not by an estimate.

What session tracking is not
