Payment and Subscription Policy

5.1 Prices and currency
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Premium is currently presented at USD 14.99 and Max at USD 24.99, each for the billing interval shown at checkout. The checkout price, billing interval, taxes, discounts, and trial terms shown before purchase control if they differ from a marketing page.
Prices exclude taxes unless expressly stated. You are responsible for taxes, duties, bank charges, currency conversion, and similar amounts, except taxes imposed on NotiSynk's income.
5.2 Stripe and payment methods
Payments are processed by Stripe. NotiSynk does not store complete card numbers or card security codes. You authorize NotiSynk and Stripe to charge the selected payment method for recurring fees, taxes, adjustments, and amounts properly due under the agreement.
5.3 Automatic renewal
Paid Workspace billing subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing interval until canceled, unless checkout states otherwise. Renewal charges occur at or around the start of the next billing period.
This automatic renewal applies to the Workspace's NotiSynk subscription. It is separate from any Client Subscription auto-renewal configured by the Professional.
5.4 Cancellation
- You may request cancellation through the billing interface or support channel.
- Unless a refund is approved or mandatory law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
- After cancellation takes effect, the Workspace moves to the applicable Free entitlement state and may be subject to plan limits, downgrade resolution, archiving, and restoration rules.
5.5 Payment failure and grace
If a renewal payment fails, NotiSynk may retry payment and place the Workspace into PAST_DUE payment grace. The current configured grace period is 7 days. Premium remains available during payment grace unless fraud, chargeback, provider action, or law requires earlier restriction.
If payment recovers before the deadline, Premium continues. If payment does not recover, the Workspace may move to Free and, if over Free limits, enter a separate 7-day downgrade-resolution period.
5.6 Downgrade data protection
NotiSynk does not automatically delete excess Client or Client Subscription records solely because of downgrade. It may archive excess records as read-only history according to deterministic rules and the Professional's priority choices. Eligible downgrade archives may be restored when capacity returns.
5.7 Price changes
NotiSynk may change prices or plan features. For paid renewals, material price increases will be notified before the next renewal with the advance notice required by applicable law. Continued subscription after the effective date authorizes the new recurring price. You may cancel before renewal.
5.8 Invoices and records
Invoices and payment records may be provided through the Service, Stripe, or email. You are responsible for downloading records needed for your accounting and keeping billing information accurate.
5.9 Chargebacks and disputes
Contact info@notisynk.com before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination. Nothing limits a lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.
5.10 Changes between paid plans
You may move between the available paid NotiSynk plans from the Workspace billing interface, subject to your Workspace's current billing status and to the plan changes offered at that time.
Upgrades. When a Workspace moves from Premium to Max during an active billing period, the payment provider calculates and charges a prorated amount for the remaining part of that billing period. The applicable amount is shown before you confirm. The upgrade takes effect once the required payment is successfully completed, and not before.
Downgrades. A move from Max to Premium takes effect at the end of the then-current paid billing period. The Workspace keeps Max access until that date, and the Premium recurring price applies from the next renewal. Requesting a future downgrade does not by itself create a refund or a credit for the remaining part of the current billing period.
Withdrawing a scheduled downgrade. Before a scheduled downgrade takes effect, you may choose to continue on your current plan. Removing the scheduled downgrade does not by itself create an additional charge, and the plan continues to renew as described in section 5.3.
Data on downgrade. Moving from Max to Premium does not delete recorded Client revenue transactions or other Max financial records. Access to Max-only features is removed when the downgrade takes effect. If Max is activated again later, the retained Max financial records become available again, subject to the product terms and the Data Retention Policy then in force.
Refund requests remain governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Cancelling the Workspace billing subscription is described in section 5.4, and a cancellation supersedes a change between paid plans that has been scheduled but has not yet taken effect.
