What triggers a reminder
Two signals, six thresholds
The end date is approaching
Duration packages and hybrid packages that still have time left can be reminded before they finish.
- 7 days before
- 3 days before
- On the end date
The session balance is running out
Session and hybrid packages are reminded from the real balance, immediately after a session is recorded.
- 3 sessions left
- 1 session left
- 0 sessions left
- Session-only packages never receive a date reminder, because they have no end date.
- A package already exhausted does not later send an irrelevant date reminder.
- A package set to renew automatically still sends its date reminders, so the Client is never surprised.
Channels
Email everywhere, WhatsApp where it lands best
Available on every plan, including Free. Date reminders can carry your own custom message.
Available on Premium and Max through the WhatsApp Business Platform, with the Client's consent and approved message templates.
Email and WhatsApp thresholds are configured independently, so a Client can get a WhatsApp message at one point and an email at another.

Override for one Client
A Client who prefers a different rhythm, or only email, can have their own complete preference.
Consent is required for WhatsApp
A Client must have an active consent record. Changing their phone number revokes it until it is given again.
Delivery is recorded
Sent, delivered, read and failed states are stored for every message, so you know what actually arrived.
Reminder messaging, not marketing
NotiSynk sends operational reminders about a Client's own package. It is not a campaign tool and does not send promotional broadcasts. Consent and approved templates are what keep the channel usable for everyone.
